Mr. Rice was preceded in death by his father, Jake Rice and brother, Larry Rice Sr. He was the Owner and Operator of Hometown Recovery for the past 8 years.
He is survived by his fiancé, Anna O’Connor, daughter, Patsy Rice, son, Drew Rice (Maegan), mother, Augusta Rice, sister, Regina Massey (Mike), brother, Danny Rice (Sharron), sister in law, Renee Rice, aunt and uncle, Larry and Linda Standifer, grandchildren, Abigail Fowler, Makiah Stevenson, Gracie Rice, special cousins, Melinda Clinkscales, Timothy and Philip Standifer and a host of aunts, uncles and other loving family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 from 6 PM until 8 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Bold Springs Cemetery.
