I have known a few men in my life who represent Jesus so well you could see it in their face. Brother Tommy was one of those men. My family is so very grateful to have known this wonderful gentleman who always loved those around him.

I knew Tommy when sold he aluminum for W. J. Bullock in Birmingham. He was one of my favorites. You could always count on him to tell it like it was. He was a good man and a good salesman. He stopped by to see us even after he was no longer with Bullock, just for a visit.I will always have fond memories of him. John Walker Walker Die Casting  Lewisburg, Tennesee.

It brings great sadness to hear of the passing of our long time family friend.  Tommy was an incredibly kind and special person not only my Dad but my Mom and myself.  I never saw him without smile and words of encouragement.  Growing up it was always a pleasure  seeing him on the road or at AFS related events.  His dedication to our industry and happiness of others will be greatly missed..... Thank you for your kindness

Everyone in the foundry industry loved Tommy. He would walk into a room, and it would feel instantly warmer. He mentored us kids, took us out to lunch to share stories of his younger years, and made the day brighter with his laugh. I always looked forward to seeing him. It deeply hurts my heart to know that such a kind, gentle, brilliant man is no longer with us. The world needs more people like Tommy. I cannot express the gratitude for the time I had with him. We all loved him so much. The whole industry is hurting from this monumental loss. 
Although I did not know much about his personal life, I could see the love he had for his family when he spoke about them. He loved his wife and kids so deeply. I can only imagine how painful this is for the family. My heart and deepest sympathies are with you in this time.

One of my fond memories of Tommy is him leading the singing at the Bible Methodist Church in Tarrant. I remember when I was about 12 years old, we had a dinner on the grounds and he cooked some BBQ cow's tongue. If I'd have known what it was, I probably wouldn't have eaten it...but I didn't know, ate some...and liked it! He made quite the impression on me. I still tell people that story.

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Tommy.
Your family has been an inspiration to me down thru the years, with many good memories  to hold dear. Please know we are lifting you up In prayer and trusting God to care for you, Larry, Lisa, and Lynn as you move through the days ahead. I have been there, I know the terrible void that losing a companion leaves.
May God be very near as you grieve the loss of this precious companion, father, grandfather, brother and friend. 🙏

I will always remember Tom as a strong big man who was always so gentle and caring to those around him. He symbolized Christianity clearly in all he said & did. He was a great friend to me & my family & we will miss him a lot. Thank you, Tom, for making the world a better place.
