Mary Jane Falletta

Mary Jane Falletta (76), originally from Leeds, AL, passed away on June 14, 2015, following a long illness. She died at her home, surrounded by her loving family. The deceased is survived by her brother, Jack H. Falletta (Patsy) of Leeds; daughters Karen Smith of Salt Lake City, UT, and Mary Lynn Phillips of Vestavia Hills, AL; and 7 grandsons, Scott Smith (Tara), Matt Smith (Rickie Lyn), Ryan Swindle, Patrick Swindle, Jack Swindle, Nick Kean (Ashley) and Cole Kean. She was blessed with her great-grandchildren, Tristan, Illiana, Kira, Avery, Elena, Treyson and Lincoln. She leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins. Special people left behind include Marylyn Molton and many friends from Beloved Community Church (Avondale). Sweet Mary Jane is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Imogene Wright Falletta, and by sons Kristopher Mark Kean and Robert Adam Kean. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 17 at 6 pm, followed by the Rosary at 7 pm, at Kilgore Funeral Home in Leeds. A mass will be offered at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Leeds at 10:30 am on June 18, followed by a reception at the Imogene Wright Falletta Welcome Center (her family home).
