She is survived by her daughters, Georgia Forman King, Reba Forman Irwin (Tommy), Karen Forman, brother, C. E. “Bunk” Perry (Betty), 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds from 6PM until 8PM on Thursday, February 26, 2015.
Funeral Service will be at Kilgroe Leeds Chapel on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 2PM with burial at Bethel Cemetery.
