Stacy is survived by her brothers, Vernon Willcutt (Angie) and Jason Lamar Frederick; niece, Kailey Staggs (Justin), and nephew, Colton Willcutt.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Kilgroe Funeral Home from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Kilgroe Funeral Home beginning at 11:00AM with burial to follow at Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
