He is preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Louise Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Smith; son, Jonathan Smith (Jennifer); daughter, Jamie Stallings (Fritz); sister, Sandra Chapman (Gil); grandchildren, Julie Taylor, Jacob Smith, and Landon Stallings; 2 nieces, Jennifer and Jessica; and nephew, Clay.
The family will receive friends Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 9:30AM to 11AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 11AM.
