Mary Foreman

Polly retired from United Companies in the early 80’s to pursue a very successful independent entrepreneurship. She owned and managed a fabric store, dress shop, and real estate agency in Lake Charles and Leesville. She will be missed daily and will be immensely remembered for her spritely advice and unbridled compassion.

Survivors include her sisters, Shirley Johnson and Oeline Lynn Wolkis; brother, Wendell Haymon; and by numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband of forty years, Thomas Foreman; brothers, Leruew Haymon, Thomas Haymon, and Jimmy Haymon.

Her funeral will be Monday, May 9, 2011 at 2pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville. Burial will be at the Leesville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service on Monday. Words of comfort may be expressed with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
