David William Koller

born September 17, 1936,beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2015 surrounded by family members.

He was a native San Diegan, graduating from St. Augustine High School (class of 1954) and the University of San Diego.

David was devoted to his family, his close friends, and a large circle of clergy friends. He was an active volunteer at St. John of the Cross and St. Augustine High school and more recently spent time helping local hospices.

David is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jeannette; his four children and their spouses: Timothy and Melissa Koller of Weston, CT, Nicholas and Anna Mae Koller of Ft. Worth, TX, Kimberly and mitchell Anderson of Riverside, CA, and Amy and Peter Carrier of Hong Kong; ten grandchildren (scattered across six states) and two great-grandchildren.

His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2p.m., on Friday, March 6, 2015 at St. John of the Cross, 8086 Broadway, Lemon Grove, CA. Reception will follow immediately at the Knights of Columbus Hall across the street from the church.

In lieu of the flower, contributions to the St. Augustine High School Scholarship Fund would be greatly appreciated.
