Beloved Son, Brother, Father and Friend
David died peacefully in Limon, Colorado. "Chuy" as many people knew him, was such a giving, passionate "father" to many. So many people loved and cared deeply for him.
He was his mother's treasure. He was loved unconditionally by his many brothers and sisters. To his children, he was always there for them. Actually, he was there for everyone, never discriminating. He was able to go and explore the US. This was something he loved and spoke of often. He was an amazing man taken too soon. Fallen but never forgotten.
He is survived by his mother Lucy Nuno; his 12 siblings--brothers Mario, Pablo, Albert, and Luis Nuno; by his sisters--Mary Quintanar, Yolanda Hernandez, Martha Nuno, Blanca Field, Bernice Willcuts, Carmen Nuno-Vinte, Ruth Dillon and Patty Klimczyk; and his four children David Nuno, Adam Nuno, Alicia Nuno and Anthony Nuno.
Visitation is Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Conrad Lemon Grove Mortuary from 4-7 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 6 p.m. Funeral Mass is Thursday, April 26, 2012 ~ 12 noon at St. John of the Cross Church, 8086 Broadway in Lemon Grove.
Blessed are those who have died in the Lord; let them rest from their labors for their good deeds go with them.
Eternal rest grant unto David, O Lord.
And let perpetual light shine upon him.
May he rest in peace. Amen.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, Rest in Peace. Amen.
