

Margaret Lorrain ("Peggy") Bonilla, age 74, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Grossmont Hospital surrounded by family and cherished friends. She was born in Whittier, California on July 30, 1937 to Hermina and Pearl Finch.
Peggy is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 56 years, Henry Bonilla; brother Richard Finch; sons Mitchell Bonilla and Todd Bonilla; daughters Antoinette Bonilla and Lisa Bonilla Shepley (Adam); seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Often found saying "Honey, can I get you anything?," Peggy enjoyed spending time with her growing family, going to the racetrack with Henry, and working for the family business RCP Block & Brick as a courier.
She is preceded by parents Hermina and Pearl Finch; brothers Marvin Finch and Charles Finch; sisters Doris Phelps and Mary Guerrero; and daughter Denise Marie Row.
Celebration of Life will be held at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, 8086 Broadway, Lemon Grove, CA. Rosary (Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 6 p.m.) followed by the memorial service and reception (Friday, July 27, 2012 at 11 a.m.). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Peggy's name.
