BETTY ANN WILSON MINTON

Betty Ann Wilson Minton, 80 of Lenoir, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Minton was born on February 20, 1935 in Mitchell County to the late Clyde Wilson and Lillie Thomas Wilson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clinard Albert Minton, one brother; J. C. Wilson, sisters; Ruby Hillard, Joyce Hendrix, June McMahan and Barbara Brown.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Steve and Connie Minton of Hudson, a daughter, Debbie and Randy Cooper of Lenoir, a brother, Jack Wilson of Lenoir and a sister, Kathleen Cox of Morganton, two grandchildren; Meredith Minton Dilling and Jacob Minton.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 24, at 10:00 am. at Blue Ridge Memorial Park in Lenoir with Reverend Roger Beck officiating.

The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Meadowbrook Baptist Church at 914 Meadowlane Drive Lenoir, NC 28645.
