

Mr. Justice was born on June 10th, 1933 in Caldwell County to the late Ira Lee Justice and Maude Pearl Sullivan Justice. He worked for 50 years in the trucking Industry, and retired after 40 years at Lenoir Mirror. He had a true love of fishing and shared it with his sons. He was also a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church of Hudson.
In addition to his parents Mr. Justice is preceded in death by two brothers Harold and Jim Justice, two sisters, Mary Lefevre and infant sister Katherine Justice, 3 brother in-laws Gene Phillips, Ross Keaton, and Charles Lefevre.
Those left to cherish the memory of Mr. Justice include his wife, Jean Edge Justice of Hudson; four sons, Michael Justice of Lenoir; Randy Justice and wife Debra of Hudson; Bobby Justice of Hudson; John Justice and Wife Ginger of Granite Falls. Three grandsons, Casey Justice and Patrick Justice of Granite Falls; Jessey Justice of Hudson. Granddaughter, Jasmine Justice. Step grandson, Nathaniel Blankenship of Wilkesboro. Two step great granddaughters, Kendall and Payton Blankenship of Wilkesboro. Three sisters, Ruth Phillips of Columbia S.C.; Helen Hatley-Ellis of Hudson; and Betty Keaton of Hudson. And sister in-law, Cleo Justice of Lenoir
Funeral Services for Mr. Justice will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 9th 2014 at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ed Warron officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Pendry’s. Interment will follow the service at St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be John Lindsey, Richard Tucker, Tim Brown, Terry Starnes, Rusty Pennington, Tim Burchette, Harley Clark and Carey Houck.
