Charles Ambrose Curtis, 90, of Lenoir, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Curtis was the son of the late Lawrence Curtis and Allie Winkler Curtis. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of Hudson First Baptist Church, the Foothills Shrine Club and Hibriten Masonic Lodge #262.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Bertie Harvey Curtis of the home; his son Michael Curtis and companion Lisa Reed of Lenoir; his daughter Teresa G. Curtis of Charlotte; his brother Robert Curtis of Hudson; a granddaughter Olivia Curtis of Lenoir and great grandson Grant Curtis of Lenoir.
Services were held at Hudson First Baptist Church on Sunday, October 11, 2015.
