In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her step-father, J.W. Atkins.
Frosty was a loving and devoted wife, mother and Memaw, always putting her family before all else. She was a Bingo enthusiast, playing as often and anywhere that she could. She was a resident of Morganton, North Carolina and a member of the West End Fire Department Auxiliary.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 38 years, Johnny Reece of the home, her children, Stacie Kaufman of Lenoir and Cassi Milam of the home, her favorite grandchildren; Abigail Craven, Bradlee Milam and Madeline Kaufman; her lifelong best friend and "sister" Sherry Austin and many more family and friends.
A receiving of friends will be held to honor Frosty on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home.
