Emma Jean Isbell Gragg

Mrs. Gragg was born in Birmingham, Al. to the late Lonzo Isbell and Nancy Smith Isbell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Hobert B. Gragg and her daughter, Brenda Jean Gragg. She was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir and served on the food committee.

She leaves behind her son, Rick Gragg of Lenoir to cherish her memory.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Pendry’s Chapel with Reverend John Jernigan officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home prior to the service on Saturday at 12:00 p.m.

The men of Central Baptist Church will serve at pallbearers.

The family requests that memorials be made to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC 28645.

The Gragg family would like to express their gratitude to the employees of Caldwell Hospice – Robbins Center for the care that was given to their family.
