Fannie Mae Holloway Spears

Mrs. Spears was born in Wilkes County to the late James Garfield Holloway and Stella Mae Chatam Holloway. She was retired from McCreary Furniture.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husbands, Ransom Raby of Lenoir and Paul Craig of Gamewell, and also three brothers and one sister.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Larry Spears of Lenoir; daughters, Teresa Perkins and husband Brian, Janice Craig and husband David, Penny Standridge and husband Paul; stepdaughter, Lisa Norman and stepson, Eric Spears, all of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Michael Craig and wife Laura, Angela Dunne and husband Ryan, Emily Standridge, Isaiah Standridge, and great grandchildren, Coleman Craig, Aubrey Craig and Grady Dunne.

The family will receive family and friends at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow in Pendry’s Chapel with Reverend Allen Raby officiating. The family has chosen to have a private graveside service.
