In addition to his parents, those left behind are his sister Nevaeh Waters, Paternal grandparents, Randy Waters and Bridgette Waters, Maternal grandparents, Keith Burns and Lisa Hughes, Uncles; Bryson Waters, Chris Waters, Keith Burns, aunts; Chelsea Waters and Kim Burns.
A Funeral Service will be held at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home at 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 30, 2018 with Rev. Mike Minton officiating.
A visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
