She is survived by her daughters Crystal Perkins, Brandy Dula, and Angie Dula, her mother Laura Helen Perkins, her brother Dennis Perkins, her sister Bonnie Richie, seven grandchildren Brianna Cleckner, Taylor Pendergrast, Hailey Huffman, Isaiah Perkins, Laney Shatley, Gracie Kralovic, and Aiden Kincaid, one great-grandchild Keegan Pendergrast, and two step-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Benny Perkins and her husband Richard Jones.
