Margie B White

Mrs. White was born in Caldwell County to the late R. J. Beane and Clara Honeycutt Beane. She was the owner of Mayflower Beauty Shop. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, loved cooking, baking cakes and sewing. She was a faithful member of Clover Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and in the past taught Sunday school and worked with the youth.

Survivors include her husband James M. White; her son Stephen White and wife Jane of Morristown, TN; her daughters, Sherrie Lunsford and husband Kenny of Granite Falls, and Rebecca W. Williams and husband Tommy of Todd; her brothers, Bill and James Beane; her sisters, Jewel Sullivan, Helen Wesson, Carolyn Sullivan, Laura Melvin and Judy Suddreth; her grandchildren, Heather L. Pope, Kyle Lunsford, Shannon Williams, Kelley Harrison, Shelley Helms, Sean White, Cory White and Stephanie Smallen.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at Clover Baptist Church with Reverend Keith Childers officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
