Martin Wayne Huffman

Marty was born in Caldwell County to Gerald Huffman and the late Rebecca Ward Huffman.

Marty was a manager for Piedmont Natural Gas for 27 years, he enjoyed coaching baseball, was a member of Hartland Baptist Church and the Gamewell Optimist Club.

In addition to his father, those left to cherish his memory include his son, Cody Huffman of Lenoir, daughters, Ciara Huffman of Lenoir, Brittany Teeters and husband Blake and Granddaughter Madelyn Stanley of Concord, brother Kelly Huffman and wife Yvette of Lenoir and sister, Jennifer Shattuck and husband Dan of Lenoir.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home.
