In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth R. Whittington.
Patsy was a member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Shannon Whittington Williams of Lenoir, her brother Charlie N. Crotts, Jr. of Lenoir, granddaughter Kenna Williams.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Pendry’s Chapel with the Reverend Nicky Waters officiating.
