In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by both of his brothers, Richard Eugene Phillips and Eldridge Michael Phillips.
Left to cherish Randy's memory are his loving partner Mark Herman and many beloved friends.
Randy was an awesome soul. He was a hairdresser and a manager at Regis Hair Salon in Valley Hills Mall. He was deeply loved and will be deeply missed by all of his coworkers and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home, 522 Wilkesboro Blvd., Lenoir, NC 28645.
