Sherman Marcus Daniels III, age 29, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022. Sherman was born November 7, 1992 in Caldwell County to Leslie Dula and the late Sherman Daniels Jr.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Dula of Lenoir, Sherman Daniels of Claremont, a grandmother, Valerie Yount of Lenoir, an uncle, John Dula Jr-"Huck" of Lenoir, and an aunt, Robin Horton, also of Lenoir.
Sherman attended ITT Technical Institute and graduated with honors. He was a gamer, and enjoyed online gaming with friends from all around the world. He was also involved in learning about and buying stocks in the stock market and was teaching others about how to do that as well.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his grandmothers, Ruth Dula of Lenoir, Rita Daniels of Claremont, six aunts, Mona Dula of Lenoir, Nadene Dula of Matthews, Stephanie Harper of Morganton, Shernale Daniels of Douglasville, Ga. Darnessia Yount and Latisha Justice, both of Granite Falls. He also leaves behind a slue of cousins, friends, and his internet family that will miss him dearly.
A memorial service for Sherman will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Chris Every officiating.
