Funeral services for Billy Ray Toney, 51, of Levelland will be 4:00 PM, Thursday, September 16, 2010 in the George Price Funeral Chapel with Wayne Swart of Sudan, officiating. Burial will be in City of Levelland Cemetery under direction of George Price Funeral Home, Levelland. He died Monday, September 13, 2010.

Born on October 7, 1958 in Steveson, Alabama to David P. and Blanche Martin Toney, he spent his life in West Texas. He attended school at Lubbock Christian High School and then went to work in the oilfield. He worked for E. C. White in Whiteface until he retired due to his health. He married Darlene Condren on June 17, 2000 in Levelland.

Survivors include his wife; Darlene Toney of Levelland, Texas; a son: Billy Joe Toney of Littlefield, Texas; two daughters; Tara Toney and Amber Toney, both of Levelland, Texas; his parents, David P. and Blanche Toney of Littlefield, Texas two brothers; Joe Toney of Amarillo, Texas and David Wayne Toney of Levelland, a sister: Myra Annette Land of Bakersfield, California and one grandson, Devon Ray Toney of Littlefield, Texas.
