Sunshine, just picked up the phone to call and tell you I was on my way home. One of my favorite times of the day was making that call.
That little moment just made me smile, I think you knew and you were smiling and laughing at me...

It's feels like I'm just dreaming becuz everywhere I go I see u. Shopping and smiling  but now I know ur with my son. Elijah and I know he knows ur gone becu everytime we go see u he kicks like crazy and I tell him grandma loves u  and he kicks more  it makes me cry that u left us to early u were young and strong momma

My dearest Sunshine, I came and spent the day with you and as always I wonder, does she know I am here so close, do you hear my whispers, I dont know. 
It has been 5 months now since you joined the angels. Such a long time ago yet so short. My months of living while you have been gone just tears my heart out, I miss you, yet that seems selfish of me I know your so much better, happier and healthy now.
You feel so far away from me. I've had to make too many decisions without you. I've had to go it alone even though you were once my most trusted, most loved partner and friend. I've had to go it alone, I miss you.
I know and take comfort that you are in a much better, different, more interesting place to be than right here and right now smiling down on me. 
Ok, I'm lying. I do wish you were still here but there is nowhere to go with that wish. Nowhere to go. It's like wishing for my own immortality I miss you.
I'm glad we chose one another from the moment we met. Thank you for choosing me. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you, I miss you.
We didn't finish our story with a satisfactory ending. I hated the ending of our story but the beginning was wonderful.

This was my first Birthday without you, my first thoughts that morning were you, the morning birthday kisses, wishes and hugs but I was alone. 
We spent so many of our birthdays together. Celebrations which we thought we would share forever but time passes so quickly, now life without you my love, is so very hard.
You made me laugh in many ways, you shared my hopes, dreams and fears but  on my birthday it was just hard to hold back the tears.
I am hoping you'll know too how much I'm wishing happiness.....

Happy memories today Sunshine, thoughts of when I turned around and looked into your beautiful large brown eyes for the first time... I was mystified.  I'm sure I fell in love with you at that instant.
What I saw that first day was your beauty, stunning brown eyes, full lips, the scent of your perfume and your jet black hair not a strand out of place.  
Soon after I saw more than your physical beauty. I saw your beauty of soul and spirit, good humor, and the joy of life which flowed from you like the radiance of sunshine. Erlinda that was the very day I started calling you Sunshine, my Sunshine.

Brought you flowers today Sunshine and stayed a few hours with you, it was a beautiful sunny day....prefect for such a wonderful visit and talk with you.
As I sat beside you and spoke heart to heart with you I would wonder, does she hear me? Do you know I am there beside you? Can you feel the gentle breeze on our faces? The only answer I knew was, I hope so.
Why do I still cry when I lay down next to you and touch your face on your picture, its breaks my heart to miss you so bad. I love you!
If only I could get one more hug, touch your face and feel your kisses the way I did the morning you took your last warm breath and drifted away from me with a happy sigh. Erlina my love, I miss you.

I know how much you like to hear that but I don't only write it because you like it, I write it because it makes me warm all over inside to write it to you. 
I find it hard to understand in my mind what it means to love you now, but I do. I still want to comfort and take care of you and I want you to love me and care for me. I want to have problems to discuss with you, I want to do those little projects with you. I am now remodeling the kitchen like you always wanted.
When you were sick you worried because you could not give me something that you wanted to and thought I needed. You needn't have worried. Just as I told you then there was no real need because I loved you in so many ways so much.
