Frances Arlene Heflin

Funeral Services are under the direction of George Price Funeral Home in Levelland, Texas and will be held at the First Assembly of God Church in Morton, Texas at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 with Reverend Harold Harrison officiating. Burial will follow at Whiteface Cemetery in Whiteface, Texas. There will be a Family Visitation on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at George Price Funeral Home in Levelland, Texas, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Frances was born on September 22, 1957 in Vinita, Oklahoma, the daughter of Alvin and Dorothy (Youngblood) Heltzel. She was a member of the Whiteface Volunteer Fire Department for 15 years. She loved being Grammy to her grandchildren.

Frances obtained her Licensed Vocational Nurse degree from South Plains College and her Associates Degree in Business Administration from North Eastern Oklahoma University.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce, one son, Justin Heflin and wife, Dana of Morton, Texas, one daughter, Audra Smith of Whiteface, Texas, three brothers: Dale Heltzel and wife, Drucilla of Vinita, Oklahoma, Larry Heltzel and wife Charla of Miami, Okla-homa, and Michael Monroe and wife, Dee of Bixby, Oklahoma, two grandsons: Jaxon and Rylan Heflin, two granddaughters: Briella and Cassidy Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Dorothy Heltzel and a granddaughter, Rose Smith.
