Jerry Caddell

Funeral services for Jerry Caddell, 68, of Levelland will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 9, 2010 in George Price Funeral Chapel, Levelland with Dr. Sammy Elliott, pastor, First Baptist Church, Levelland and Richard Hays of Levelland, officiating. Burial will follow in City of Levelland Cemetery under direction of George Price Funeral Home, Levelland. He died Saturday, November 6, 2010 in Levelland.

He was born on March 7, 1942 to Preston C. and Loree Hughes Caddell. He was a lifelong resident of Hockley County, graduating from Sundown High School and farming east of Levelland for a number of years. He got his real estate license in 1985 and worked as an agent until his retirement in 2005.

Survivors include, his wife, Ann Caddell of Levelland, two sons: Steve Caddell and his wife, Sherri; and Rodney Caddell and his wife, Tamra, all of Levelland, two daughters: Sharon McCarty and her husband, Charlie of Faison, NC and Kim Griffith and her husband Wes of Levelland; two brothers: Carroll Caddell of Beaver, UT and Joe Caddell of Sundown, Texas; six grandchildren: D’Lyn Caddell, Jerry Paul McCarty, Chase McCarty, Robert Griffith, Jessica Mc Carty and Brittany Caddell.
