Our thoughts and prayers are with you Lucy and all the Cirilo family. Paul was a special friend to Ray and my brother and that was special to me. Every time we saw him he was all smiles. We are certain he was smiling due to the happiness he shared with you. His unique personality is unforgettable and will be deeply missed. May God bless you and your family always.
