Adolph R. Settino Adolph R. Settino, age 83, of Levittown, died on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Sunrise at Lower Makefield, Yardley. Born in Vandergrift, PA., Mr. Settino has been a resident of Levittown for the past 51 years. He was employed as a pipefitter for USX Steel Fairless Works for 10 years. He was also employed with the Amteco Floor and Tile Company in New Jersey for several years and as a self-employed plumber. Mr. Settino was a member of the American Legion Post 834 in Fallsington, a Charter Member of the K of C Council 3174 in Vandergrift, PA., a member of the Fairless Hills Senior Citizens and a member of Saint Joseph the Worker Parish. He was an avid golfer. He was the beloved husband of 60 years to the late Irene (Zaccagnini) Settino, son of the late Michele and Rosaria (Pugliese) Settino and brother of the late Frederick Settino. He was the loving father and father-in-law of Rose and Ray Karwoski of Levittown, Christina and Barry Lewis of Bethlehem, PA, Michael and Darla Settino of Bristol, Richard and Janine Settino of Tinton Falls, NJ and Bernadette Settino of Langhorne. He will also be sadly missed by 10 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, 2:00 until 4:00 pm and also 7:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 am at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, Fallsington. Rite of Committal will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. There will be no calling hour on Tuesday morning. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions in his name be made to the American Red Cross, Lower Bucks County Chapter, 1909 New Rodgers Road, Levittown, PA 19056.
