Ann Patricia "Nancy" Slack

Ann Patricia "Nancy" Slack of Levittown died on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at her home. She was 82. Daughter of the late Patrick and Ann (Devine) Phillips, Nancy was born and raised in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. She has been a resident of Levittown for 56 years. She worked for National State Bank in Trenton for many years. Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Joseph Slack. She was the loving mother of Roxanne Duffy (Jack), Ronald John Slack (Molly), Sean Slack (Michelle), Mary Richards, Michael D. Slack (Kim), Patricia Foley, Anthony Slack (Maria) and Theresa Potalivo (Scott). Nancy was the sister of John Phillips (Dolores) and the late Joseph Phillips and Margaret Hoobler and the sister-in-law of William Slack (Joan), Christine Phillips and Dolores Kelly. She will also be missed by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call Friday from 6 until 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 until 10 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 10:30 a.m. at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Rd., Levittown, PA 19056 followed by Rite of Committal at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Queen of the Universe Church.
