

Anna PhilipAnna Philip passed away with her children at her side, on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. She was 92.Born and raised in Patton, PA and a graduate of Patton High School, Mrs. Philip was formerly of Northeast Philadelphia and Middletown Township prior to moving to Lower Makefield Township 37 years ago.She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Levittown.Until retiring in 1990, Mrs. Philip was employed as a Quality Control Lab Technician with the former Nabisco Company in Philadelphia. Prior to her employment with Nabisco, Mrs. Philip was a Lab Supervisor for a former local Cosmetic Company in Penndel. Beloved wife of the late Joseph and grandmother of the late Tara Eriksen, Mrs. Philip is survived by her children, Karen A. Zawatsky (Thaddeus) of Langhorne and Dr. Joseph R. Philip (Dr. Joan) of Yardley.She is the devoted grandmother of Dana Rossell (James), Adriana, Chloe and Brett Philip; and great grandmother of Kasen and Kaylee Rossell.Born 1 of 9 children, Anna is survived by her sister, Betty Duclos, and many nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, from 9:00 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her Panchida Service will be held at 10:00 am. Her Divine Liturgy will follow at 11:00 am, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 1787 Woodbourne Road, Levittown. Interment will be held in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.In lieu of flowers, mass cards would be appreciated.
