

Antoinette J. Lawrence Antoinette "Toni" J. Lawrence died suddenly at her home in Levittown on Sunday, September 7, 2014. She was 79. Born in Philadelphia, and a graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls, Mrs. Lawrence has been a resident of Levittown for 51 years. She was a longtime member of the Sultanas of the International Order of Alhambra. Mrs. Lawrence was an avid reader and enjoyed telling stores. In earlier years she enjoyed watching her grandchildren. Most of all she loved to shop and buy things for others. Beloved wife of 57 years to Charles E., Mrs. Lawrence is the loving mother of Michele Brown (Thomas), Daniel Lawrence (Patti), Edward Lawrence (Mary), Cathleen Misawic (Matt Lewis) and Antoinette Lawrence (John Walsh). She is the devoted grandmother of Brett, Heather, Anthony, Danny, Paige and Patrick and proud great grandmother of Maddison and Ava. Mrs. Lawrence is also survived by her siblings, Dolores Saba, Barbara Ferrante and Paul Sabatino and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm and on Thursday, from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am. Interment will be held at a later date in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Lawrence's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
