Benjamin E. WorthingtonBenjamin E. Worthington passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 23, 2016 in Charlottesville, VA. He was 23 years old.Born in Bristol and raised in Lower Bucks County, Ben moved to Lynchburg, VA after graduating in 2011 from the Calvary Christian Academy in Philadelphia, to attend Liberty University, where he was studying to be a pediatric nurse.Most important to Ben was the Lord and the love of his family. He will be remembered as the "4-Square Champion" amongst all of his cousins. Beloved son of Kathy (Adams) and Eric Worthington, Ben is also survived by his loving sister, Erica Whitlock (Ben).He will also be sadly missed by his maternal grandparents, Keith and Bonnie Sue Adams; paternal grandparents, Edward and Johanna Worthington; aunts and uncles, Kimberly Davis (Nathan), Kerry Shepherd (Dean), Kristen Allinson (Steve), Kathy Worthington-Skok (Jan) and Edward Worthington, Jr. (Mary Anne); many cousins that Ben loved very much; and his girlfriend, Abby Boyer.Family and friends are invited to attend his memorial service on Friday, 11:30 am at Bucks County Community Church, 1249 West Maple Avenue, Langhorne. Interment will be held privately. Family requests casual attire with bright colors and funny T-shirts welcomed, please, no black attire Ben enjoyed being with kids and would appreciate contributions in lieu of flowers, to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
