Carol A. Bernhardy Carol A. Bernhardy died on Monday, October 26, 2015 at her home in Levittown. She was 76. Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Bernhardy was a resident of Lower Bucks County since 1953. She was a former member of Saint Michael the Archangel Church, Levittown. She enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting and decorating her home, however her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Bernhardy was the loving mother of Diane Martin (Robert), Joann Glasson (Thomas) and the late Joy Greene. She was the devoted grandmother of Meghan, Thomas (Jessica), Robert (Alyssa), Andrew, John, Morgan, McKenzie and Karen; proud great grandmother of Hannah, Jack and Owen; and dear sister of Joan O'Connor and Richard Walker (Kathy). Mrs. Bernhardy will also be sadly missed by her former husband, David Bernhardy and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, from 8:15 until 9:15 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am at Saint Michael the Archangel followed by the Rite of Committal in Resurrection Cemetery.
