

Born on July 1, 1948, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Carol later made her home in Fairless Hills, where she built a life rooted in family, faith, and community. Carol was famously always cold—but everyone who knew her understood that her heart was endlessly warm. She loved deeply, cared fiercely, and gave without hesitation.
Carol shared a remarkable love story with her husband, Mace Michael Mazzoni. They knew each other for 65 years and were married for 55 years, building a life grounded in loyalty, partnership, and enduring devotion.
The greatest joy of Carol’s life was her four cherished grandbabies: Claudia Rose, Mace Michael, Caera Julia, and Maximus Matthew. They lovingly called her “Mimi”, and she will always be remembered for her warmth, her extreme ability to clean, and her beloved Mimi’s Iced Tea, a family favorite she shared with love at every visit.
Carol found comfort and inspiration in music, especially the timeless voices of Andrea Bocelli, Barbra Streisand, Judy Garland and Neil Diamond. And Loved to watch classic movies like Gyspy, The Music Man, and Moonstruck.
She is survived by her loving husband, Mace Michael Mazzoni; her daughter Jennifer Ann and son-in-law Brian David; her son Matthew Michael and daughter-in-law Michele Anne; As well as her 4 grand babies (or as Carol often called them her "littles"). Her beloved sister Linda Hagdorn and brother in law - George Hagdorn (he's a great man she always said), And, many nieces and nephews - she loved them all.
Carol gave generously of herself to others. She loved to give big hugs and proudly served as a lunch mom at St. Frances Cabrini for over eight years, where she cherished her parish and the Fairless Hills community she so dearly loved. Professionally, she dedicated more than 25 years as a medical billing professional.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 8:30 am to 9:20 am at Saint Frances Cabrini, 325 S Oxford Valley Rd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will occur at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940, at 2:00 pm. Please be in line at the main office cortege lines no later than 1:45 pm.
Carol Ann Mazzoni will be remembered for her kindness, her loyalty, her deep love of family, and the way she made others feel cared for with her BIG HUGS. Her grandbabies will especially cherish the memories of their beloved Mimi and the special joy of Mimi’s Iced Tea.
