Catherine M. McDermott Catherine M. (Dougherty) McDermott died peacefully, surrounded by her loving children, on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. She was 84. Born in Philadelphia, she was a long time resident of the city prior to residing in Levittown for 13 years and in Langhorne for the past year. Mrs. McDermott was the beloved wife of the late Tacho Moreno and the late Michael McDermott. She was the loving mother of the late Joseph Moreno and Theresa Evans. She will be greatly missed by her devoted children, Kathleen Cleary (John), Maria Beecher (Jim) and Sarah Petrillo (Tony); nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two nephews and one niece. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday from 9:30 until 10:00 am at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, 9172 New Falls Road, Fallsington, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. Interment will be held privately.
