

Born on June 5, 1952 to Joseph and Rose Lee Bohrer in Philadelphia, PA, he was a long-time area resident. He retired from the City of Philadelphia as a Prison Trades Worker. He loved to ride his motorcycle, spoil his Borzoi dogs, including the new addition to the family, Koto the Pekingese. He was an avid watcher of his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
He is predeceased by his parents; his brother, Joseph Bohrer; and his sister, Valerie Bohrer.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Carol; his stepdaughter, Gina Stevens (Joey); his grandson, Vaughn Stevens, his brother John Bohrer; his sisters Rosenne Bohrer and Joanne Goudy (Rick); his sister-in-law, Betty Ann Bohrer; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056. Following the visitation will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020. All other services for Daniel will be private.
