Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mr. Nealis has been a resident of Levittown for the past 8 years.
He enjoyed woodworking and his hobby was cabinet making. He also enjoyed coaching Little League for many years and was a big Phillies fan.
Mr. Nealis loved playing the lottery and "doodling".
Father of the late Daniel P. Jr. (surviving wife, Gerry), Mr. Nealis is survived by his devoted daughters, Terry Wittmer (Rudy) and Julie Pommer (Stan); 8 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
