Deborah Jane Barnes Deborah Jane Barnes was gently called home on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Aria Health Bucks Campus. She was 62. Born in Philadelphia, raised in Croydon, the daughter of the late Janet (Younginger) and Harry F. Maier, Deborah has been a long time resident of Levittown. She enjoyed traveling and loved her trips to the beach. She also enjoyed crocheting. Her greatest enjoyment was spending precious time with her family, grandchildren and friends. Beloved wife of 43 years to Benjamin G., Deborah is the loving mother of Steven G. (Jenny) and Jason A. (Heather) Barnes. She is the devoted grandmother of Tyler, Amber and Diana and sister of Harry A. Maier (Kathleen) and Jeffrey S. Maier (Dawn). She will also be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, from 9:00 until 10:30 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Deborah's name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
