Debra Rae Hammond

Debra Rae Hammond left this earthly realm at 69 years of age on July 30th, 2022 at St Mary Medical Center after a long battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was surrounded by her closest loved ones as she passed.

It would be wrong to say that Debra lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how ill she was, she was always determined. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. Her presence of strong-will and passion for life will always be with us.

Debra was born in Gary, IN daughter of late Mary Lou and Wayne Dean Hammond Sr. When Debra was just an infant they moved to Bucks County, where she eventually raised her own family.

Loving mother of David W. Hammond, Daniel Lupinacci, Amanda Kramny, and Robert Russo (Lauren). Debra will also be sadly missed by her beloved grandchildren Braelyn Lupinacci, Malia and Madelyn Russo, as well as her siblings Wayne Dean Hammond Jr (Anita Hammond), Sharon Connor (Chuck), Kenneth Hammond (Tracy), David Scott Hammond and Ron Rake.

Debra worked night shift as a Packer at Nabisco for 33 years to provide support for her family. In her free time, she loved to crochet, work on puzzles, collect trinkets, and spoil her most precious granddaughters.

Debra was predeceased by her parents; Granddaughter Jade Marie Lupinacci; brothers Dennis and Donald Hammond; her sister Shirley Rake.

The family will be holding a celebration of Debra's life from 12 until 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Georgine's Restaurant, 1320 Newport Road, Bristol, PA 19007.
