Mr. Clark was born in Trenton and raised in Morrisville where he graduated from Morrisville High School in 1955. He has resided in Fairless Hills since the early 1960's.
Until his retirement, Mr. Clark was employed as a carpenter at Princeton University for 50 years.
He was a member of the Langhorne Rod and Gun Club and attended the First Presbyterian Church of Levittown.
Mr. Clark is survived by his wife, 5 children, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, his brother and beloved son-in-law.
