Doris Angeline, age 91, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. A long time Trenton resident, she moved to Levittown several years ago. She enjoyed baking, reading, crafts, sewing, and vacationing at Long Beach Island, but the greatest joy of her life was spending time with her family.
After many years of raising her children, she worked for and eventually retired from the City of Trenton Water Department. Additionally, she was very active in Holy Angels Parish, Trenton as the president of the Rosary Altar Society. She also served the parish for many years as its sacristan.
Doris was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Vincent R. Angeline Sr., her two sons Robert Vincent and Thomas Michael, her parents John Joseph Maul and Reba Clark Maul, son-in-law George Goldenbaum, and granddaughter Amy Goldenbaum.
She is survived by her children, Carol van den Brand and partner John Lopuszanski, John Angeline and wife Linda, Lynn Goldenbaum, Mary Sprague and husband Philip, Vincent R. Angeline Jr., daughter-in-law Hillary Angeline, grandchildren Jennifer Wallover and husband Jeffrey, Katrina van den Brand and fiancé Kyle Luck, Peter van den Brand Jr., Kimberly Goldenbaum, Megan Goldenbaum, Anthony Angeline and wife Molly, Michael Breninghouse, John Angeline, Vincent Angeline, Joseph Angeline, Lauren Angeline, great-grandchildren Jack Wallover, Cassidy Goldenbaum Harper, Theo Fehr, Weston Wallover, and Stella Fehr, her sister Jane Barletta and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A viewing for Doris will be held Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Queen of the Universe, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056. A burial will occur Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 12:00 PM at St Mary's Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Lane, Hamilton, New Jersey 08610.
