Born in Pittsburgh PA, she was a lifelong resident of Bucks County, mostly of Fairless Hills, where she was a proud member of St. Frances Cabrini class of 1966 and a graduate of Bishop Conwell Catholic High School class of 1970.
Dottie loved her flowers and gardening, drinking wine and watching General Hospital and Hallmark movies. She was a Phillies and Eagles fan. But most of all she loved spending time with her family, and she was her grandchildren’s biggest fan, always supporting them at school and sporting events.
Dottie’s passing leaves a profound void in the lives of her family, but her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Dottie is predeceased by her parents Earl and Eleanor Nicely; her husband, George “Peco” Dryden; and her brother, William Nicely.
Dottie is survived by loving children, Melanie Bidlingmaier (Keith), Tommy McCoy (Dannielle) and Jennifer Haney (John); her grandchildren, who she absolutely adored, Taylor Fagan (Jackson), Morgan Malcolm (Tom), Riley Bidlingmaier, Madi Bidlingmaier, Ian McCoy, Adalynn Haney and Declan Haney; and two precious great-granddaughters, Maeve and Maura Fagan. Dottie is also survived by her sisters, Eileen Nicely, Kathleen Lynch (Gary) and brother, Walt Nicely (Daniela).
