

Edward Lewis Fischer, III Edward Lewis Fischer, III died suddenly at his home in Croydon on Monday, September 30, 2013. He was 41. Born in Trenton, NJ, the son of Thomasina M. (Tozzi) Fischer and the late Edward L. Fischer, Jr., Edward had attended Pennsbury High School and Bucks County Technical School. He was previously employed with New Jersey Manufacturers, MDL Laboratories and Garrett Landscaping. Edward enjoyed landscaping, gardening, being outside and was an avid Washington Redskins fan. However, his greatest enjoyment came from being with his friends and family. Edward was very proud of the collection of eagle figurines he had collected over the years. Along with his mother, Thomasina, Edward is survived by his siblings, Harry (Janna), Lisa, Sharon, Jeffrey (Donna) Fischer and Christine Klimaszewski (Christopher). He was the devoted uncle of Jeffrey Fischer, Brooke Worthington, Brittany Engler, Sophia Klimaszewski and great uncle of Garette Ziegelhofer. He will also be sadly missed by many aunts and uncles. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Friends may also call on Friday from 8:30 until 9:30 am at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, where his funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Edward's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
