Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mrs. Bennett-Browne was a long-time resident of Levittown, Langhorne and Newtown where she had many friends. She was employed in retail and retired from John Wanamaker’s in Langhorne.
She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Bennett Sr. and the late Thomas P. Browne.
Mrs. Bennett-Browne enjoyed traveling, entertaining and the beach, but most of all her family. She was the loving mother of Barbara Creed (Michael), Geraldine Streeter (Robert), William J. Bennett Jr. (Debbie), Rosemary Levine (Barry) and John E. Bennett (Debbie).
She was the devoted grandmother of Maureen Brunetti, Erin Fusting, William J. Bennett III, Allison Bennett, Lisa Paine, Ryan Cronomiz, Kelly Jennings and Sean Bennett, and the proud great-grandmother of 14.
