She was 69.Born in Rahway, NJ, Mrs. Quinlan has been a resident of Levittown for many years.She was devoted to her husband and her children and was a good friend to many.Mrs. Quinlan was the beloved wife of Patrick J. Quinlan for 53 years.She was the loving mother of Debra Quinlan, Patrick J. Quinlan Jr. (Jessica), Janet Allen and Patricia Shaefer (Donald).She was the devoted grandmother of Brianna, Ethan and Mackenzie Quinlan, Ashley Costenbader and Jazmin Shaefer and the great grandmother of 3.Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 7 until 9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, 12:30 p.m. at Ocean County Memorial Park in Toms River, NJ.
