Harr Ming "Tom" Shek of Yardley died on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Chandler Hall. He was 66. Born in China and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Tom was a long time resident of Yardley. Tom spent his career working in the hospitality industry, working for many years at the Buck Hotel in Feasterville, the Hacienda in New Hope and most recently the Hyatt Regency in Princeton. He retired in 2014. Through the years Tom enjoyed traveling the world with the love of his life, Kim. Among their travels they visited many beautiful places mostly in Europe and Asia. He will be deeply missed by his puppy, Sushi, who brought him great joy. Tom was the beloved husband of Kimiko. He was the brother of James Shek (Mimei), May Chan (Tom) and Muk Yu "Steve" Shek and the brother-in-law of Chun Fung Yip. He will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Sou Shek and Wei Tai Lum and his sisters Tam Ying Yip and Qua Ying Shek Services are private.
