Helen M. Walsh

Helen M. Walsh died on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 66.Born in Hahn, Germany, and raised in the Fishtown Section of Philadelphia, Mrs. Walsh was a former resident of Bensalem and had resided in Falls Township for the past 13 years. She was a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, Fairless Hills.She was a employed in retail for most of her life, including John Wanamaker in Center City and Susan's Hallmark in Bensalem.Most important to her was the love for her children, grandchildren and her entire family.Loving mother of Steven P. (James R. Brigham) and Kevin F. (Tara), Mrs. Walsh is the devoted grandmother of Cody Wilkins and Kaelyn Walsh.She is the sister of Irene Conlon and Donna Feather.Mrs. Walsh will also be sadly missed by her best friend, Patricia Goodwin (Wayne) and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Maria Zemzack and her brothers, Frank and John Zemzack.Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, from 8:30 until 9:30 at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 South Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Walsh's name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.
