Helene V. Maier

Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Maier was a long time resident of Lower Bucks County.

She enjoyed cooking for her friends and family and will be remembered for her great sense of humor.

Helene was a very easy going and sociable woman who made friends easily and had the ability to make everyone feel comfortable and at home. Even in her later years while residing at Manor Care she made friends easily and special recognition must go out to her newest friend, Ellen, who helped support and care for her.

Mostly, Helene was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who raised her four children and also helped look after the all neighborhood kids as well.

Mrs. Maier was the loving mother of Frederick A. Maier, Helene Riepen (Kurt), Joann Oberhau (Fred) and the late Lisa Maier; the devoted grandmother of Helene, Jaclyn, Francis, William, Samantha, Francis and Nicholas and great grandmother of Justin, Shane, Avery, William and Jaxson.

Helene was preceded in death by her parents, Wilson and Helen Knox and her sister, Eleanor Giorno and will be missed by several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private.
