Jackson Lee West Jackson Lee West, beloved infant son of Tiffany M. Kubina and Garrett S. West of Levittown, died on Wednesday, August 17, 2011. He was the beloved brother of Nathan West; grandson of Deb West of Reading, PA and Kathy Kubina of Levittown; and nephew of Ben West and Billy Kubina Jr. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Lee Kirby West and maternal grandfather Billy L. Kubina, Sr. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service today, Friday, 1:00 p.m. at Emilie United Methodist Church, 7300 New Falls Rd., Levittown.
